Strip Clean: In this process we use the isoline and oxygen to burn the complete stairs down in position. Then use an electrical wire brush to eliminate all rust and paint to bear metal for reprime and repaint with a rust-oleum gloss finish.

From onsite repairing/replacing a single broken thread, to tighten of rails, finials, risers, stringers all connectors to achieve a tight and stable assembly. Some other procedures depend on the current state of the stairs. Were we carefully disassembled all components of cast-iron stair system, both ornamental and structural. Take it to our foundry for sand blasting to remove all rust to bear metal for evaluation. Evaluate each piece for reuse and restoration. Pieces that are broken (missing large sections) or warped beyond repair maybe disregarded. Any disregarded pieces shall be replaced-in-kind with new/salvaged.
